Retrofit of the legendary V30 cut-off machine from Innoserv GmbH in Bochum
A further step towards digitalisation.
We've done it... After a long period of research and subsequent validation, we've finally made it. Our V30 cut-off machine, formerly built by Innoserv in Bochum, has been updated to the latest control system. Siemens CPU151xT technology enabled us to retain all the functions and implement additional enhancements. In addition to the familiar functionalities, the machine can now do more:
- Programme memory for up to 500 programmes
- Programmable during cutting operation
- Programme name up to 30 characters
- Automatic determination of the start of the roll (sensor-controlled)
- Automatic determination of the roll diameter (sensor-controlled)
- SBS network interface for remote maintenance, data acquisition for central control system, etc.
- Positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm
- Electronic coolant quantity
